Following on from previous campaigns, the 2025 Student ACTNow wellbeing campaign from Pharmacist Support is back.
Launching on 13 March, which is University Mental Health Day the initiative encourages pharmacy students to take immediate action to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing throughout their academic and professional journey.
By signing up for free year-round support, students will gain access to tailored resources to help them navigate through their pharmacy career. Every student who signs up by University Mental Health Day will receive a Mental Health and Wellbeing Virtual Toolbox to kick start their journey.
After 13 March, students will continue to receive support throughout the year via the Pharmacist Support newsletter, which will carry wellbeing tips, practical mental health resources and testimonials from fellow and past students.
Danielle Hunt, chief executive of Pharmacist Support, says: “Pharmacist Support is committed to ensuring that no pharmacy student has to face their challenges alone. By providing practical, accessible and ongoing support, we aim to empower students to not just succeed academically and professionally, but to thrive personally too.”
The ACTNow campaign is sponsored by the Pharmacists’ Defence Association and Boots. Students can sign up at https://pharmacistsupport.org/about-us/contact-us/newsletter/
